Villa of 80m² in a secure residence near one of the most beautiful beaches in the Landes, ideal for lovely walks or bike rides.

Both sides of the house feature an outdoor terrace. There is a shared heated swimming pool from June to September, and a spa area for relaxation from February to November.

The ground floor consists of a large room with a kitchen and a living room with a pull-out sofa. A veranda serves as an additional bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, a toilet and a shower room.

A bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed and its terrace with a view of the forest with a bioclimatic pergola. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, bathroom and toilet.
