THE STAY
Arrival and departure times must be respected.
Reception:
Arrival (time from which the villa is available): from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. free. From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (on request)
No check-in is possible after midnight.
Check-out (last time by which guests must leave the villa): 10:00 a.m.
No late check-outs will be accepted.
Deposit:
A deposit will be required upon arrival, in the form of a check, credit card, or cash. The villa cannot be rented without it. The deposit is set at 400 EUR per villa. The deposit will be returned upon the customer’s departure after examination and inventory of the premises. See article 4
Cleaning fees: (optional)
The cleaning fee is 100EUR per villa. (Excluding kitchen, griddle which must be cleaned and in working order)
Linens: (optional)
Bed linens and towels for the indoor bathrooms.
Bed linens: €16/bed.
Towel set: €11/person.
Non-smoking:
The villas are strictly non-smoking.
No parties or events: No noise pollution will be permitted after midnight.
RESPONSIBILITY
Guest Responsibility: As safes are available to guests in the villas, our company cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft.
Customer responsibility: In the event of missing or damaged items in the villa, the cost of repairs will be charged to the customer at the end of their stay and will be deducted from the departure deposit. In the event of inappropriate behavior by the customer or willful damage, the management of the establishment may immediately terminate the stay, without refund or compensation. The costs of restoration will be due by the customer. See article 4
SECURITY
Internal regulations: Each customer is responsible for any nuisance caused or damage. If the peace, safety or security of people living or working on the property is disturbed, we may immediately terminate the stay without compensation. The customer must avoid any act of imprudence or negligence. In particular, he must ensure that he does not leave the house open without supervision, and that he locks it when he is away to prevent any intrusion. Generally speaking, the client must use his accommodation and the furniture that furnishes it under normal usage conditions. In no case can our company be held liable in the circumstances below.
Stolen or damaged items: Our company cannot be held liable in any way in the event of theft or damage to property belonging to customers occurring in the house. A safe is available for guests in each villa. The customer is solely responsible for his or her property and personal effects during his or her stay.
PARKING
Free parking One or two cars depending on the villas (and depending on the size of your vehicle). Parking at the entrance to the residence
ANIMALS (Optional)
Category 1 and 2 animals are not accepted. Only one dog per villa may be admitted: €35/week
SERVICES
Extra bed:
No extra bed can be added.
Children:
A children’s kit is available: crib and high chair.
Upon request: crib and high chair: €20 each
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the arrival date. (From September 1st to November 11th and from February 1 st to June 30th arrival date). Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival date (From July 1st to August 31st arrival date). After this deadline, cancellation fees will be charged for the entire stay.
