Villa of 80m², located on the secure Domaine des Pins d’Or near one of the most beautiful beaches in the Landes, ideal for lovely walks or bike rides.

Both sides of the house include an outdoor terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a plancha.

The ground floor consists of a large room with a kitchen and a living room with a pull-out sofa. A veranda/bedroom equipped with a 140 cm rapido sofa bed extended by a covered terrace, toilet and shower room.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and balcony and another with two 90 cm beds, bathroom and toilet.

Air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs.

Garage with washing machine and dryer.

On the estate, shared heated swimming pool in season from May to October, as well as a spa area for you to relax (February to November).

Tennis – ping-pong – bowling alleys and children’s play area available.

Direct access to cycle path.

A wellness area, gym, boat and bicycle rental, and restaurant-bar are also available as an option.
